The terms that govern your use of this website.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at www.scgteams.com (the “Site”), operated by Stronghold Contracting Group (“Stronghold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about our services, applying for employment, submitting subcontractor prequalification information, or contacting us about a project. You agree not to:
Some areas of the Site — including the subcontractor prequalification portal and the employment application process — require you to create an account or submit information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Information you submit through the Site, including prequalification data, references, insurance and safety records, and employment application materials, must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We may verify submitted information with third parties. Submitting a prequalification package does not create any obligation for Stronghold to award work, issue a purchase order, or enter into a subcontract.
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, bid, proposal, or binding commitment by Stronghold. Descriptions of services, capabilities, project experience, crew counts, coverage areas, and performance statistics are provided for general informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.
A contractual relationship with Stronghold is formed only through a written agreement signed by an authorized Stronghold representative. Do not rely on Site content in making bid, schedule, financial, or engineering decisions without confirming the specifics with us directly.
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, photographs, video, logos, page layouts, and the selection and arrangement of that material — are owned by Stronghold or its licensors and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Stronghold Contracting Group name, the SCG mark, and our logo are trademarks of Stronghold Contracting Group. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Other names and marks appearing on the Site, including those of clients and partners, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party organizations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stronghold disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of Site content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stronghold and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of — or inability to use — the Site, regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stronghold and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your submissions to the Site, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Autauga County or Montgomery County, Alabama, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Stronghold is committed to making this Site usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a working standard, including keyboard-operable navigation, meaningful text alternatives for images, sufficient color contrast, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a finished state, and portions of the Site may not yet fully conform. If you encounter a barrier, or if you need information from this Site provided in an alternative format, please contact us at contact@scgteams.com or through our contact page and we will work to provide the information you need.
Stronghold Contracting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
If you need a reasonable accommodation to complete an employment application or to participate in the hiring process, contact us and we will work with you to provide one.
